EMO THE LITTLE OCTOPUS WITH BIG EMOTIONS

Emo the Octopus encourages social emotional learning between parent and child – helping kids understand and process each of their feelings in a fun and huggable way. Through the octopus’s eight arms, each representing a different emotion, parents can roll Emo’s sleeves up and down as they talk – helping young ones recognize individual feelings, while giving parents tools to regulate behavior through a meaningful, together-time experience. Emo and the book illustrations were created by me in collaboration with Demdaco, a company that produces unique products with a purpose.
