PRODUCT DETAILS

PAPER — This is an archival inkjet print of the original watercolor painting. Printed on Hahnemuhle German Etching, 20mil, 310 gsm bright white paper. This heavyweight paper has a textured surface and is printed with Canon Lucia inkjet inks. Prints have an embedded signature in the image.

SIZES — Available in 8”x10”, 11”x14”, 16”x20”, 8”x8”, 12”x12”, or 16”x16” depending on the orientation of the image. All prints are unmatted and unframed. The paper is approximately a half inch bigger than the print size for easy positioning. These are standard U.S. sized prints so ready made frames and mats are easy to find!

FRAMING & MATTING — If you do mat the art print, use a bigger size frame. For example, get an 11x14 frame with a mat for an 8x10 print. Mats always make the art print look better! It takes up more space on the wall and gives the art breathing room so it can shine and be in the spotlight it deserves!

FLATTENING YOUR ART PRINT — Remove the print from the tube with clean hands and unroll it. Only handle the print by the edges and never touch the printed image area. Lay out the print, image side up, on a flat surface. With a sheet of smooth, clean paper covering the print’s image, place a few, smooth, flat, heavy objects (such as books) on the ends and middle of the print. Let it sit for a few hours. Current humidity and temperature will affect the time needed. That’s it! Your print should be flattened and ready for framing. Never iron or use steam or moisture on the art print. Also, never scrape the print over a sharp edge. Yikes!
